Privacy
Privacy, cookies, and data-rights notice.
This notice is written for the current US-focused public release of Quantfil. It explains what technical data may be collected, how cookie choices work, and how to submit privacy requests.
What we may collect
Quantfil may collect technical website data such as IP address, device type, browser information, referrer data, page views, and interaction events. If you choose to contact us or submit a privacy request, we also receive the information you place in that request.
How we use it
Data may be used to operate the site, secure the service, understand site usage, respond to requests, maintain compliance records, and support analytics or advertising where enabled by law and user choice.
Google Analytics
Quantfil uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. This helps improve content, navigation, and product functionality. Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage information such as pages visited, device type, browser details, and general location. Quantfil does not use Google Analytics to intentionally collect personal identifying information.
Cookies and advertising
Necessary storage is used to remember privacy choices. Analytics, preference, and advertising technologies remain off until you choose to enable them. If advertising is enabled, third parties such as Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads.
US-focused privacy rights
California residents and other US users may request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable. Quantfil currently handles these requests through an email-based workflow because the public site has no account system.
Verification and retention
We verify requests minimally, usually by replying to the same email address used in the request and asking for enough detail to confirm what records to review. Request records may be retained to document compliance, resolve disputes, and secure the service.
